Chapter One Restaurant is located in the heart of Dublin on the northside of Parnell Square. As a Georgian basement, and former home of John Jameson, it retains authentic granite walls and sash windows but has been carefully and stylishly renovated to introduce a wonderfully sumptuous and comfortable restaurant.

The reception area boasts wonderfully carved Oyster Counter accompanied by some of the finest champagnes. Private dining rooms are available in the restaurant and the beautifully ornate Gallery of Writers is a wonderful banqueting room.

It is one of Dublin's leading restaurants having recently won the Evian/Food and Wine Best Service award for 2003 and it is a member of Ireland's Blue Book. The front of house team are warm and friendly while retaining a high level of efficiency and professionalism. The food at Chapter One is a delicate blend of old style with innovative twists which makes for a wonderfully creative menu. The emphasis is on organic and seasonal produce to produce the best possible dining experience for the customer. It is Dublin's premier pre-theatre dining venue.
